Outemu Silent Peach V3 is a silent linear mechanical switch from Outemu released in June 2024 with a 40 gf operating force and 2 mm pre-travel, 3.3 mm total travel, and a manufacturer rating of 50 million keystrokes.
Three focused profiles from published switch specifications. No overall score is generated because feel and use case are personal.
Measures actuation, travel, and force. Shorter, lighter movement favors speed. Advanced input features add capability.
Measures bump or click intensity. It uses feel type and tactile-force rise. Higher scores mean stronger feedback.
Measures published lifespan evidence. It uses documented construction details. It does not predict real-world reliability.

The Outemu Silent Peach V3 updates the popular silent linear switch with refined silicone dampening pads and improved stem tolerances. The revised internal structure softens bottom-out impact while eliminating the mushiness that plagued older silent designs. Sound tests show an impressively quiet, muffled thud that keeps keyboard acoustics discreet in quiet libraries and bedrooms. Generous factory grease along the slider rails ensures a frictionless linear glide straight out of the packaging. A built-in light-diffusing lens in the top housing distributes RGB illumination evenly across keycap legends. Mounted on an FR4 plate with gasket mounting, this switch provides an exceptionally smooth, stealthy typing experience.
A three-axis view of compatible-keyboard input capability, tactile profile, and published durability evidence. Missing evidence remains unavailable rather than being scored as zero.
